A hosted console
A hosted console for MSPs and multi-site organizations that manage many appliances. The on-prem appliance stays the core.
An MSP with many client sites, or an organization with many branches, wants one place to see the status of every appliance. That is what the hosted console is for.
The appliance never needs the cloud. Everything it does today, it does on your own hardware with no connection to GigID Labs, and that will not change.

Marketplace
Listings so customers and MSPs can buy and deploy through the marketplaces they already use, with integration listings alongside.
Buying through an account you already have can be simpler than setting up a new vendor contract. We will name the marketplaces here when the listings are live.
Tell us which marketplace you buy through. It helps us choose which to list first.
What will not change
The appliance stays the core
- The appliance stays on your premises, on hardware you control.
- It never needs the cloud, and keeps working on its own with no connection to us.
- Evidence packs still verify offline, on the examiner’s own computer.
- A person still signs every decision.
If either of these matters to your plans, tell us. It helps us decide what to build first.
What Launching soon and Coming soon mean
Launching soon means it is planned next and is not available today. We do not show it in demos as if it were finished, nothing else on this site depends on it, and it gets no date until we can keep it. Coming soon means we are designing or building it. It is not available to buy or use today, and details may change. Ask us if it matters to your plans.
